Responsibilities
- Assist in hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance of company systems
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via ticketing system and in-person
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Document IT procedures, asset inventory, and system configurations
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure upgrades and security protocols
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services
- Support software installations, updates, and license management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
