Responsibilities
- Support desktop hardware/software installations and troubleshooting
- Monitor network performance and resolve basic connectivity issues
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backup procedures
- Document technical processes and maintain system logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-departmental tech training sessions
- Respond to help desk tickets within SLA requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in server environments
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
- Authorized to work in the US with visa sponsorship eligibility
- Valid California driver's license (required for site visits)
