Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests with warm, authentic aloha spirit
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms
- Support event setup and break-down for conferences and weddings
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop hospitality skills
Qualifications
- No previous experience required – open to career changers and recent graduates
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent communication skills in English (basic proficiency required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and strong desire to learn hospitality best practices
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Valid work authorization (visa sponsorship available for qualifying candidates)
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
