Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized greetings and assistance to guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining financial accountability
- Operate attraction rides, maintain cleanliness, and enforce safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with multilingual team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- No prior work experience required – training provided!
