Responsibilities
- Operate industrial machinery including forklifts, conveyors, and assembly equipment
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Inspect equipment for malfunctions and report maintenance needs
- Assist in production line setup and material handling
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Complete quality checks and document production metrics
- Participate in ongoing training programs for equipment certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
