Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure seamless adoption of our services.
- Monitor account performance and proactively address any client concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop strategic solutions for customers.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify upsell opportunities.
- Update client databases and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Assist in the development of training materials for new team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
