Responsibilities
- Manage Communication: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition into our services.
- Solution Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products to enhance their experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to meet monthly performance targets and resolve complex issues.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our customer relationship management system.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and relay it to management to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer applications, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule when needed.
- Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but we train all successful candidates.
