Responsibilities
- Delocate exceptional customer experiences via phone, email, and in-person
- Process reservations and manage client accounts with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest inquiries
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop hospitality expertise
- Support event coordination and special guest services
- Adhere to brand standards and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to recent graduates and career changers
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office suite)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally for event setup
