Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Document cases accurately in customer service databases
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Participate in weekly product knowledge sessions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 0-2 years customer service experience (welcome but not required)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to type 40+ WPM accurately
