Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer experiences across all touchpoints
- Master our proprietary retail technology systems through personalized training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly sales targets
- Maintain pristine product displays and store environment standards
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Participate in daily team huddles and monthly skill-building workshops
- Represent our brand values through community engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Washington State ID and ability to pass background check
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
