Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Learn and demonstrate products/services to help meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications
- No prior work experience is necessary; full training is provided.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
