- Listen actively to customer concerns and empathize with their needs to provide effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve service quality.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily training sessions to refine communication skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn new things.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
