Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person efficiently.
- Process customer transactions and resolve complaints with empathy and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to meet daily performance goals.
- Update customer records in the database accurately and promptly.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
