- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

- Document customer interactions accurately and effectively using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of patience and professionalism during high-volume periods.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
