Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal database systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A strong willingness to learn new software and processes quickly.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
