Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional in-person and phone customer service
- Manage reservation systems and check-in/check-out processes
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly using our CRM platform
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to our Virginia Beach location
