Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Answer incoming calls and emails to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and goals.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service functions efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
