Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Document workflows, specifications, and user stories using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support data analysis initiatives using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools
- Contribute to project documentation and stakeholder communication
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) under senior guidance
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports for department leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of professional/internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and SQL fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
