Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic procedures on gasoline, hybrid, and electric vehicles
- Use digital diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex repair projects
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings to customers
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Participate in manufacturer-specific training programs
- Support fleet maintenance operations for corporate clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate diagnostic software and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Willingness to obtain ASE certifications within 18 months
