Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including loading/unloading trucks and inventory management
- Operate basic material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and preparing shipments for distribution
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in regular safety training and equipment certifications
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid EB3 Visa eligibility or willingness to pursue sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills (reading/writing)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to Oakland facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
