Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyors) with provided training
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following safety protocols
- Assist in inventory counts and documentation of received goods
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Eligible for EB3 Visa sponsorship (no prior experience required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid work authorization for U.S. employment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
