Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in quality control checks of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) frequently throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor) as required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States or willing to apply for EB3 Visa sponsorship.
- No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
