Responsibilities
- Perform material handling and warehouse operations including loading/unloading shipments
- Operate industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper training certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist in assembly line production and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency
Qualifications
- Must be an EB3 visa holder or eligible for EB3 sponsorship program
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid work authorization documents and clean background check
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Pass pre-employment physical examination and drug screening
