Responsibilities
- Operate basic agricultural machinery and equipment under supervision
- Perform manual labor including sorting, packaging, and loading/unloading
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces according to safety standards

- Assist with field cultivation and harvesting during peak seasons
- Participate in team-based activities to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment issues and safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
