Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading/unloading shipments and warehouse operations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Operate basic equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) with on-the-job training
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
- Follow all company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Eligible for EB3 visa sponsorship (priority given to qualifying candidates)
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic communication skills in English
