Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and site cleanup
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic construction and maintenance activities
- Operate provided machinery (forklifts, power tools, etc.) after training
- Participate in inventory management and equipment maintenance checks
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
- Complete daily reports and documentation as required
Qualifications
- Eligible for EB3 visa sponsorship (no advanced degree required)
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization documents
- Willingness to relocate to Honolulu, HI
