Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations including palletizing, sorting, and inventory management
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper lifting techniques
- Follow safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid work authorization or eligibility for EB3 visa sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable transportation to our Plano facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
