Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under strict supervision and safety guidelines.
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and quality control of products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors effectively.
- Load and unload materials using hand trucks, forklifts (if certified), or pallet jacks.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to apply for an EB3 Visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills (reading and writing) are required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- No prior specialized technical experience is required; we teach you the skills.
