Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect and sort agricultural products by quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation tasks
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Participate in seasonal harvest support as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid work authorization (visa sponsorship provided)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to Lubbock facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
