Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to blueprints and specifications.
- Operate industrial machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Follow all company protocols and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- No previous college degree is necessary for this EB3 position.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
