Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in hotel front desk and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public spaces
- Assist with luggage handling and guest inquiries
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Follow all safety and security protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required for EB3 visa)
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
