Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse and logistics operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Assist with construction site support duties under supervision (material handling, site cleanup)
- Operate basic machinery and equipment after completing company training programs
- Maintain clean and safe work environments following OSHA guidelines
- Participate in seasonal outdoor projects requiring physical stamina
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Complete tasks efficiently while meeting productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
