Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations including inventory management, palletizing, and material handling
- Operate basic machinery and equipment following strict safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with OSHA standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and transporting goods
- Follow production schedules and quality control guidelines
- Participate in team training sessions to develop new skills
- Report equipment malfunctions and workplace hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Valid work authorization or eligibility for EB3 sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to Santa Ana facility
