Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipping containers, trucks, and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Sort, organize, and package inventory according to company standards
- Maintain clean and safe working conditions following OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment after proper certification training
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid work authorization or eligibility for EB3 sponsorship
- Basic communication skills in English or Spanish
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
