Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of resort facilities
- Assist with landscaping and exterior property upkeep
- Operate provided equipment (pressure washers, cleaning tools, etc.)
- Support event setup and tear-down activities
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level position
- Must be eligible for EB3 visa sponsorship
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid work authorization or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pass background check and drug screening
