Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the '2026 Initiative', aligning R&D goals with long-term business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends and evaluate the viability of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Biotech integration) for competitive advantage.
- Leadership & Management: Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members, translating data into compelling narratives.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the lifecycle of high-stakes R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with leading universities, tech incubators, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or R&D management.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to predict market shifts and pivot organizational strategy accordingly.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and near-future technologies, including AI/ML architectures and distributed systems.
