Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 strategic vision and long-term technology roadmap.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Tech.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to maintain our market advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Build and mentor a diverse team of engineers, designers, and strategists.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing of cutting-edge technologies for future product integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology or software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on future-state planning.
