In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and market application, guiding the development of next-generation products that will define the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (AI, VR/AR, Quantum) and defining their integration into our core product lines.
- Conduct deep-dive research on future market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and regulatory landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and legal—to ensure ethical and scalable implementation of new technologies.
- Establish a forward-thinking innovation lab to prototype and validate concepts before full-scale production.
- Present quarterly strategic vision updates to the C-suite and board of directors, translating complex technical data into actionable business intelligence.
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and tech incubators to stay ahead of the innovation curve.
- Develop frameworks for AI Ethics and data governance to ensure responsible technological advancement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product development cycles or strategic initiatives related to AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) in Computer Science, Technology Policy, Economics, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and predict long-term market trajectories.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating high-level concepts to diverse audiences from engineers to investors.
- Deep understanding of global regulatory environments and the implications of emerging tech on privacy and security.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
