Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to set clear, ambitious, and achievable goals for the company leading up to 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to identify opportunities for disruption.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key industry leaders and innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the budget and resource management for R&D initiatives focused on future tech.
- Executive Leadership: Present complex strategic proposals to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior strategic or technical leadership role within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, specifically those relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
