Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with core business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional R&D team to prototype and validate next-generation solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on disruptive technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Leap, and Edge Computing.
- Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Present complex technical visions to the C-Suite and Board of Directors to secure buy-in and resources.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for future tech initiatives to measure success and ROI.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with a proven track record of defining multi-year visions.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex futuristic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing large budgets and leading diverse, high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on scenario planning and risk assessment for the future market.
