- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026-2030 horizon, identifying emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Architect and execute R&D initiatives for next-gen sustainable tech solutions targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Direct cross-functional innovation teams across 5+ global tech hubs, fostering agile development methodologies
- Establish C-level partnerships with Fortune 100 companies for technology adoption and commercialization
- Drive patent strategy securing 50+ IP assets annually in emerging technology verticals
- Oversee $25M+ innovation budget with ROI optimization across experimental and applied research streams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record scaling R&D from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, and climate-tech innovation
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech environments with $500M+ P&L responsibility
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies from Tier 1 institution
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE Spectrum) on future tech
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
