Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technical roadmaps aimed at achieving breakthrough capabilities by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of emerging technologies, including Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Quantum-ready architectures.
- Team Architecture: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious technical projects.
- Innovation Incubation: Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and delivering on long-term technical roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and scalable system architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate a technical vision and influence cross-functional teams.
