Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for Nexus Future Labs, specifically focusing on the technological trends and capabilities expected by 2026.
- Oversee the research and development of next-generation AI and automation solutions to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to translate long-term tech trends into actionable business roadmaps.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) and assess their viability for adoption.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Manage the budget for R&D initiatives and ensure maximum ROI on strategic technology investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Strong understanding of the current technological landscape and the ability to forecast future trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
