Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives focused on emerging technologies like Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3.
- Identify high-impact technological trends and evaluate their potential for integration into core business operations.
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers in Silicon Valley.
- Oversee the budget allocation for future tech acquisition and talent acquisition.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of the 2026 tech landscape, including ethical AI and cybersecurity challenges.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional ability to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Fluency in English; experience working in a global tech environment is a plus.
