Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise-wide AI strategy for 2026, focusing on synthetic intelligence and generative models.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
- Oversee the lifecycle of synthetic data generation to enhance model training without compromising privacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product development and customer experience.
- Monitor global regulatory changes (e.g., EU AI Act, US federal standards) and ensure organizational compliance.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists, engineers, and policy experts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven track record of implementing AI governance and ethical guidelines in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and synthetic data pipelines.
- Experience working with regulatory bodies or legal teams on technology compliance issues.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Ethics, or a related field.
