Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with our 2026 business objectives, focusing on AI integration and digital transformation.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Edge Computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class team of data scientists, engineers, and strategists.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and optimize operations.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
