Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to maintain 99.9% accuracy rates
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following OSHA safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage efficiency and workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to our facility in Chicago
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
