Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with WMS software
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
