Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee timely delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform regular quality checks on products and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and shipment logs.
- Train and mentor junior staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or warehousing.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly without assistance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
