Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily delivery deadlines.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with annual inventory audits with 99% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and increase productivity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work varied shifts.
